Wood-burning samovar Batashev brass late 19th century.
History of a factory. Since 1898, the former factory of Vasily Batashev was named: "The steam-powered samovar factory of the heirs of Vasily Stepanovich Batashev in Tula." The factory became an exemplary samovar factory in Tula at the beginning of the 20th century. It was spreading over a huge surface and the facilities were featuring modern equipment working with oil and electric motors. Having first bought a factory for Reinhold Teile in 1891, Alexander Batashev decided to begin his own production after parting with his brother. Samovar from the factory of V.S. Batashev. Tula city.
